I started playing bass as a freshman in high school, and started fooling around with the guitar while attending local bluegrass jams. I kind of eased into old time around 1998, and joined the Wild Goose Chase Cloggers in 2002, which later led to the Mill City Grinders. I currently play with Pert Near Sandstone, the Town Hall Stompers, Pig's Eye Landing and The Tune Jerks, among others.
